Western China Overview

Western China, covering 6.86 million sq.km, accounts for 72% of territorial area of China. It consists of 12 provinces and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps with a total population of 380 million which is 19% of the national population. Since the introduction of China Western Development Plan in 2000, Western China has been attracting more and more investors all over the world with its rich resources and preferential policies.
