Description:it was the first time that main exhibition hall of the 15thWCIF was divided into two sections. With an overall exhibition area of 240,000m2(120,000m2for eachhalf),a total of 8,981 enterprises from 76 countries and regions attended the ceremony, witha year-on-year growth of 108%. There were atotalof2,951overseas enterprises,hailingfrom 25Europeancountries,fourcountries oftheAmericas,threecountries ofOceania, 10 countries of ASEAN,seven South Asiancountriesand 16Africancountries.The remaining6,030 enterprises came from 29 provinces (districts and municipals) throughout China and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Among all exhibitors, overseas exhibitors accounted for 33% of the total number and 27% of the total exhibition area.
